We are located 140km to the west of the Polish/German border near to the beautiful city of Zielona Gora.
Poznan, one of the most modern of Polish cities, is 100km to the east, and Wroclaw, the second largest Polish city is 140km to the south east.
An ideal position for doing business in Poland, and in fact, very convenient for Germany since Berlin is only 200km away. There are no longer any borders making travel into and out of Germany is so much easier.
Our premises consist of a large building with approximately 1,500 square metres of floor space (15,000 square feet).
Contained within this area are a suite of offices, and there exists the possibility of utilizing a large part for warehousing or production. Local inexpensive labour is available. The premises have CCTV cameras installed for added security, and the whole industrial area (approx.10,000 square metres) is totally fenced.
We would be happy to enter into agreement with a suitable company to conduct business from these premises, or as an option, we could provide the management services needed.
The property would very well lend itself to sourcing product in Poland and using the site for packaging or some other type of finishing operation.
